What we collect, and why.
Short version. This site has one form. What you type in it is stored securely for the team to review and prepare a quote. The website copy expires after 180 days. Request details are also sent to our enquiries inbox through Resend. We set no cookies, run no analytics, do not sell personal information, and do not add you to a mailing list. You can ask us to show, correct or delete your information at any time.

What we collect

There are no analytics scripts, advertising pixels, chat widgets or social media embeds. Our hosting provider also processes technical connection data to deliver and protect the site.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own and uses no tracking technologies. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. If we ever add analytics, this notice will be updated and a consent prompt will appear before any such script runs.
Who else sees it
Authorised staff and the service providers needed to operate the site may process your information:
- Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the site and stores the expiring website copy of your request. It also processes network information needed to deliver and protect the site. The optional Turnstile bot check is not currently enabled.
- Resend delivers enquiry notification emails to our team and processes the request details needed for that delivery. Copies in our email system and delivery-provider records are separate from the website copy and may have different retention periods.
- Google LLC serves the web fonts on this page. Loading a font sends your IP address to Google's font servers, as with any web resource.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. If we are required by law to disclose information, we will disclose only what is required.
Marketing
We do not use quote requests for marketing. Replying to your request is the only use. If you later become a customer and we want to send you anything beyond replies and account communications, we will ask for your consent first, and every such message will include a working unsubscribe link.
Your choices: see, correct, delete
Email abejackson@nuvoiron.com from the address you used on the form, or write to the postal address above, and tell us whether you want a copy of what we hold, a correction, or deletion. We may ask for information to verify the request before providing or changing personal information. The website copy expires automatically after 180 days. Separate correspondence or records created when responding to you may have a different retention period. Tell us if your request also concerns those records.
Your rights depend on the laws that apply to your circumstances. Contact us using the details above to make a privacy request.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS only. Form submissions are validated on our server, protected against automated abuse, stored under random identifiers with an automatic expiry, and readable only by staff with a password. No system is perfectly secure, and we will notify affected people if a breach ever requires it.
Children
This is a business-to-business service. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and the form is not intended for them.
Changes
If this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it. Please review this notice when you use the site.
